Min.T in our heart is an extension of our dining room where we serve what we love to eat at home, on the street here and there, and in faraway lands during our travels.
Born in Vietnam, our menu reflects our most favourite Vietnamese dishes of all times as well as what inspires and influences us. We like to blend the best ingredients Québec has to offer together with Vietnamese herbs and fish sauce, Korean Jangs and gochugaru, Thai tamarind and lemongrass, Japanese miso and sake, to name a few, to find a harmony of something homely yet enticingly different.
